Good morning! Today is Friday, March 19th

Congratulations to the Varsity Baseball Team for their 16-4 win over Saint Francis last night. Congratulations also to the Middle School baseball team for their comeback against Queen of Peace. Good luck to JV and Varsity as they take on Bradford County this afternoon.  Teachers, please remember to excuse JV team members at 1:45 today.  Go Blue Wave!

Seniors – you must have 75 hours of community service TURNED IN by April 1st in order to graduate.  Please be aware of the date.

We are extending the sale of class-specific t-shirts. Shirts are $11.50 and we have a different color for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders.  We also have a black shirt for everyone that is not grade-specific.  Look for the fliers around school for the website or QR code, or go to this link: https://pkyfundraiser2021.itemorder.com/sale which you can access through the Announcements section of the PK website.  So far the seniors are still in the lead.

Today we will answer a couple more “Because You Asked” questions.

Will anyone be on campus next week during Spring Break? Our building services team will be on campus doing some spring cleaning, some contractors will be on campus putting up more fencing and demolishing more buildings.  In fact, Dr. Geiger made a pretty scary movie to show you exactly how the foot traffic patterns will change after spring break.  You can find the link on the announcements page under today’s announcements!
What will happen to the beautiful yellow trumpet flower tree near the old front office when the old office gets torn down? The tree is going to be relocated to another spot on campus.  We are excited to be able to preserve this beautiful tree on our campus for many years to come!

Please stand for the pledge: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Have a great day and a SAFE Spring Break, Blue Wave!
