Good morning, Blue Wave.  Today is Tuesday, May 8th and it is an A Day!

Today is R day, be sure to wear red or dress like a rainbow!  Tomorrow is Q day, be sure to wear a crown like a Queen.

Health Smart Tip of the DayIf possible, pack your lunch a few days a week instead of buying lunch at the cafeteria. This can help you save money and make healthy food choices before your hunger and cravings kick in at lunch time. Include fruits, vegetables, and protein in your lunch to give you energy for the rest of the day.

Do you want to spend your summer diving into springs and exploring swamps? Do you want to empower yourself as leader for Florida’s environment and communities?
