February 21, 2020A reminder about the 2020-21 School Year Family Update on Tuesday, February 25, and the Secondary Admissions Information Session on March 3. The 2020-21 school year will be an exciting time at P.K. Yonge and we are eager to share details with our P.K. community!
As you know, our secondary building is underway and we are expecting to move in during the 2020-21 school year. Check out the current progress.
In addition to opening our new secondary building we will be increasing enrollment in our secondary school! 22 new students will be admitted per grade in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, and 25 new students per grade in 9th-12th grades. We are thrilled to be able to serve more students on our campus!
The 2020-21 school year will also mean a change in school schedule for secondary students. The new schedule will allow us to create more flexibility for learners, provide access to more courses over students’ secondary school careers, and further personalize the educational experience for students on our campus. Students will be learning more about the 2020-21 schedule on campus during the coming weeks.
