Congratulations to the Varsity Basketball team for their win over Gainesville High School last night. Way to go Blue Wave!
Please, please, please be a responsible citizen and clean up after yourself at the end of lunch and Power Hour. Each day, there is a huge amount of trash, food, and recyclables left behind. This makes things very hard on our Building Services team. Additionally, trash can end up in the Creek, causing pollution and environmental hazards. If everyone pitches in, our campus will stay safe and beautiful. Please help!
School Counseling:
Attention upperclassmen: The last day to get transcripts before the holiday break is December 12th. Please see Mrs. Flinchum before December 12th if you need a copy of your transcript for college applications.
Will the students rally to defeat the faculty this year in our annual Student-Faculty basketball game? Come out and see! The game will take place during the second half of third period on Thursday, December 7th. Tickets go on sale Wednesday during lunch. Only 3 cans or $3, and for a great cause!
Dr. Geiger would like to give a shout out to Satya Block for committing to PKY’s Health Smart goals of drinking more water and eating healthier snacks. Satya, stop by Dr. Geiger’s Power Hour table tomorrow to get your reward.
If you are a middle school student and you haven’t turned in your Health Smart pledge card, please bring it to Dr. Geiger during Power Hour tomorrow to get your t-shirt.
