Good morning, Blue Wave.

Today is Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 and today is an A Day!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

We are glad that the library is a popular spot during Power Hour.  However, the atmosphere in the library has not been conducive to its purpose during power hour. The library is to be a place for studying, completing projects, and working on school-related assignments. To make this happen, and to ensure that everyone has equal access to the library as a resource, the following procedures will be instituted beginning today:

  • On Mondays, the library will be reserved for 9th grade and 6th grade during High School and Middle School Power Hour, respectively.
  • Tuesdays will be for grades 10 and 7.
  • Thursdays will be for grades 11 and 8.
  • Friday will be reserved for seniors only, and Mr. Lightbourne will be available to assist with work around Senior Projects.

If you have a special project that requires work in the library on a day that is not reserved for your designated grade level, see Mrs. Koppitch before school to get a pass.

The couch side of the library will be reserved for club meetings.  Your club sponsor should reserve the space with Mrs. Koppitch.  The table side is reserved for studying or working on school assignments.  Any student playing video games or just hanging out will be asked to leave.

Thank you for making the library a productive place!
