Underclassmen Picture Day
Today is Underclassmen Picture Day! By the time of these announcements, all middle school students should have already come to the PAC for picture day. If not, please come now. All 9th-11th grade students should start coming for pictures now. Please come by 12:30 pm!
It is important that all students have their pictures taken even if you don’t plan to buy them. This is how we update pictures in Skyward and for the yearbook.
BW Football Game
PK STUDENTS! Tonight, our Blue Wave football team has their rescheduled homecoming game against Central Florida Christian at 7:00 pm. The student section theme is shipwrecked. Dress as a pirate! There will be a wave rally starting at 6:00 with paint, glitter, tattoos, beads and more. During half time there will be the announcements of the homecoming court. Come and support our football team and homecoming court!
Senior Picture Make-Up Day
Seniors! Tomorrow is Senior Picture Make-Up Day. It’s the last chance to be included in the Yearbook. Please come between 8-11 to the PAC lobby if you haven’t taken your senior picture yet or need a retake.
Pre-Collegiate Club
The Pre-Collegiate Club will hold its first meeting for current members and prospective members on Thursday, October 3rd in the first floor commons during lunch at 1:40 PM. This club is open to juniors and seniors who are interested in learning more about transitioning to college. Come to the meeting on October 3rd to hear about our first college visit.
Blood Drive
Our first blood drive will be this Thursday, Oct 3. Sign-ups will be this week at lunch. You have to be sixteen or older. If you are sixteen you need a parent consent form. If you have any questions, please see Dr. Bolejack.

Resilience Skill
Our Resilience Skill for the month is Grit. Despite being cut from his high school basketball team, Michael Jordan’s relentless work ethic and determination led him to become one of the greatest basketball players of all time.
