Black History Month

Happy Black History Month P.K.! Today’s Black history fact is: Sister Rosetta Tharpe is known as the “Godmother of Rock ‘n’ Roll”. Tharpe inspired using her voice and rollicking guitar, combining secular and spiritual music in her own unique brand of rock. Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, and Bob Dylan have credited her for their influence.

Congrats Girls Soccer

Congrats to Girls Soccer for the 3-0 shutout against MacClay Friday Night. They will advance to the Regional Championship against Episcopal at home on Wednesday!

Congrats Boys Basketball

Congrats to Boys Basketball who are district champions with their 54-45 win over Trinity Catholic. They advance to the regional semifinals on Thursday in Jacksonville against Providence. 

Congrats Girls Basketball

Girls Basketball earned a wild card to bid to the regional quarterfinals. They will play Bradford at home on Wednesday. 

Dual Enrollment Night

Attention Juniors and Seniors: Are you interested in dual enrollment?  There will be a dual enrollment information night, February 13 @ 5:30 p.m. in the green wing commons area.  An adviser from the UF dual enrollment office and Mrs. McElroy will be providing information about the dual enrollment application process. We hope to see you and your parent at the meeting. 

Current dual enrollment students do not need to attend unless they want more info about UF dual enrollment.
