Andrea Zazo

I began my career as an Exercise Physiologist for a hospital based Wellness program (Alachua General Hospital), from there I concentrated on cardiac rehab in all phases for quite a few years. Finding certain aspects of working in rehab challenging and eager to find a new path, I decided to get my certification to teach physical education!

Once certified, I began my teaching career in Putnam County at Ochwilla Elementary School as the physical education teacher. I, along with my two sons started school P.K. Yonge in 2000 – my boys as students of P.K. and myself as the elementary physical education teacher. I remained in this position until 2017. The 2018 school year began a new chapter in my life as a middle school physical education teacher! I enjoy working with middle school students and always look forward to providing children with rewarding educational experiences.
