Caley Rappa

Caley began teaching in 2017 and loves the K-1 learning community! After five years in first grade, she is thrilled to be teaching kindergarten! Before becoming a teacher at P.K. Yonge, Caley served as the first grade intern while earning her master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida. In August of 2020, Caley completed the Dyslexia Certificate Program through the University of Florida and was trained in the UFLI Intensive tutoring model. Caley is passionate about sharing a love of learning and reading with her students. She loves teaching students to foster a growth mindset and be independent. When she is not at school, Caley loves to travel to new places, go to Disney, and cheer for the Florida Gators!
