In addition to meeting Florida’s state graduation requirements, students at P.K. Yonge Developmental Research School complete program-specific expectations that reflect our mission to prepare engaged, informed, and responsible citizens. These requirements emphasize global awareness, civic engagement, and real-world application of learning through focused coursework, research, and service. P.K. Yonge program requirements include participation in Careers in Public Service coursework and a Senior Research Project, completion of two sequential credits in a world language, and fulfillment of a community service or work-based learning requirement totaling 75 hours.
