2026-2027 Course Registration Forms

As families begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year, the course registration forms below are provided as a reference to help guide conversations at home about academic interests and options.

Please note that these forms are for planning purposes only.

Students will receive official course registration forms directly from their school counselor. Forms must be submitted with parent signatures. Counselors will support families and students throughout the registration process.

Registration Forms

  • Rising Seniors should use the *COLOR* paper forms provided by the counselors. Forms require a parent signature.

    Grade 12 Registration Form

  • Rising Juniors should use the *COLOR* paper forms provided by the counselors. Forms require a parent signature.

    Grade 11 Registration Form

  • Rising Sophomores should use the *COLOR* paper forms provided by the counselors. Forms require a parent signature.

    Grade 10 Registration Form

  • Rising Freshmen should use the *COLOR* paper forms provided by the counselors. Forms require a parent signature.
