Elementary Administration
Michelle Mills
Instructor
Michelle is the 4/5 Learning Community Leader at P. K. Yonge. She started teaching in 1995 and has recently joined the P. K. Yonge family. Michelle has worked with students in kindergarten through fifth grade and has also served as Math Coordinator and Lower School Director at Oak Hall School. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Saint Leo College and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education. Michelle cares deeply about her school community and is wholly enthusiastic about making every day in the school better than the last. She knows that children do best in school when they have a team of committed adults supporting them. Outside of school, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. She especially loves hanging out with her grandson, Cade. Michelle also enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, and shopping.

Assistant University School Professor
Dicy is the Director of Elementary Programs at P.K. Yonge. She previously served as the 2nd and 3rd grade Learning Community Leader. She started teaching in 2007 and joined the P.K. Yonge family in 2013. Having experience in both public and international school settings, Dicy has worked with students from 2nd-6th grade.
Dicy earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Florida. Her passion for literacy development shows through her extensive work in helping students develop a lifelong love for reading. Dicy works hard to build a classroom community where all students feel safe to take risks and grow as learners.
Outside of school, Dicy enjoys spending time with her husband John and their four children, Tristan, Rafe, Finn, and Littlest Dicy. She enjoys photography and loves to travel to new places with her family. Dicy lives in High Springs, FL, where you can often find her enjoying nature.

This is my 20th year as a school counselor and I have worked in elementary, middle, and high schools. I played golf at the University of Florida and have coached the girls golf team at Keystone Heights High School and Bradford High School.
