Girls Tennis

The Blue Wave girls tennis team is known for its rich history.

1949- Introduced as a leisure sport at P.K. Yonge

1968- “Varsity” girls tennis introduced at P.K. Yonge

The Blue Wave girls team has produced notable collegiate and all-state athletes. The program has had much success recently, with a regional final team appearance and the advancement or sisters Amanda and Brianna Garcia as a double pair to the FHSAA State Championship.  The Blue Wave varsity girls tennis team is coached by Lindsey Franklin.
