All Blue Wave student-athletes experience the P.K. Difference. The Blue Wave cross country team is known for its rich history. The Blue Wave cross country team has produced notable collegiate and all-state athletes. The Blue Wave cross country team is coached by Larrett Dietrich. 1948-1949- start of track and field teams at P.K. Yonge 1965- James Sterrett- State Runner-Up 1975- Mary Cullen- State Qualifier
