Boys Tennis

The Blue Wave boys tennis team is known for its rich history of boys tennis.

1949- Highlighted as a Physical Education sport

1968- “Varsity” boys tennis introduced at P.K. Yonge

The Blue Wave boys team has produced notable collegiate and all-state athletes. The program has had much success, with a regional final team appearance and the advancement Owen Van Boven as an individual competitor and with Isaiah Bayon as a double pair to the state tournament. The Blue Wave varsity boys tennis team is coached by Ross Van Boven.
