Good afternoon, Blue Wave. Today is Monday, October 13, 2025 National Principals Month Good morning, Blue Wave! October is National Principals Month — a time to celebrate our amazing school leaders who work hard every day to make PK Yonge a great place to learn and grow. Let’s take a moment to thank our principals for everything they do — from supporting students and teachers to helping our school shine. If you see Dr. Pennypacker Hill, Dr. Sheppard, or Ms. Watson today, give them a big smile or a quick thank you! Happy Principal Month to our incredible leadership team!  Girls Soccer Attention, PK Girls Soccer players! Tryouts are this week! All tryouts will be held on the top field. Tryouts for middle school and varsity are on Monday and Tuesday, 3:30-5:30, on Wednesday at 2:00-3:30 for middle school and 3:30-5:30 for varsity. Varsity tryouts will also be held on Thursday, 3:30-5:30. You MUST have your athletic clearance completed in order to try out. Bring cleats, shin guards, and your own water! MS Baseball Attention, middle school baseball players!  Baseball season is coming soon! There will be an interest meeting for all middle school baseball players on Thursday, October 16, in the first floor Green Wing from 3:05 to 3:25 p.m. If you’re in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade and want to play baseball this season, make sure to attend the meeting to learn about tryouts, registration, and the upcoming season. See Dr. Mundorf if you have any questions. Letterman Jackets Did you miss the first letter jacket fitting? There will be a 2nd fitting on Friday, October 24th during lunch by the art wing.  Pick-up your order from from the main office and come with payment to turn in on fitting day to place your order. Florida School of Massage  Attention 10th–12th grade students: Representatives from Florida Massage School will be on campus tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14th.
