DC Trip – 4th and 5th Grade

Tuesday, April 18-Friday, April 21, 2023

We’re excited to take our 4th and 5th graders back to DC this year! We will be flying which will allow more time in DC.

Fundraisers will occur throughout the year and help to offset the cost for students.

Cost

$1,499/student (will decrease with fundraising)
$1,619/chaperone

Payment Information

$50 deposit for student and chaperone due Thursday, 10/6/22 (no further deposits are being accepted)
$250 deposit per person due, 10/14/22
$350 deposit per person due, 12/01/22
$400 deposit per person due, 01/13/23
FINAL PAYMENT per person due, 02/13/23
Student final payment dependent on fundraising

Important Trip Dates

10/3 – 4th/5th Grade DC Parent Meeting
- Will accept non-refundable fee at meeting, but not before
10/7 – DUE $50 non-refundable fee
- Every student and chaperone attending trip (fee applies to cost of trip)
- Check or money order made out to Educational Tours, include first and last names
4/18-21 – DC

DC Trip Fundraisers

10/7-10/9 – Spirit Night at BTW – 20% of receipt
10/11, 5-9pm – Spirit Night at McAllisters, Archer Road – 20% of receipt
10/20 – Class Pictures – Cost $12 per 8×10 photo (Class Picture Order Form) – order deadline 10/20/22
11/1-11/15 – Apple Sales – 50% of sales

11/4-11/6 – Spirit Night at BTW – 20% of receipt
