High School | Blue Wave GSA

Who we are: The mission of Blue Wave GSA is to provide an affirming and welcoming space to all students, and in support of all LGBTQ+ identified students. Members of the club work to empower students as leaders and ambassadors both on campus and in the community.  Blue Wave GSA offers support and educational programming that incorporates principles of social justice.

Membership: Members are high school students at P. K. Yonge who support equality for all and wish to participate in support of our LGBTQ+ community.

Meetings: Blue Wave GSA meets every Friday during high school lunch. Generally, the club meets outside, near the flower statues in the front of the secondary building. Activities that Blue Wave GSA does (such as attending Pride events) occur outside of this time.
