About Emily Eubanks
Assistant Director of Communications
Emily is a communications practitioner with 15+ years of experience in higher education and science communication. She previously worked with the UF Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. Emily has a son who graduated from PKY in 2021 and a daughter who will graduate from PKY in 2023.
Emily also volunteers as a 4-H leader for Micanopy Friendship 4-H, Alachua County 4-H, and Florida 4-H. She also coaches the Alachua County 4-H Forest Ecology Team and has taken teams to nationals in 2018 and 2022. Both teams placed nationally and were national quiz bowl champions.
