Dear Blue Wave Families and Staff,
Thank you for your patience, positive attitudes, and flexibility during the first couple of days of our new traffic patterns. Change of this scale is never seamless, and we truly appreciate the grace you’ve shown one another—and our team—as we work through the learning curve together. Your cooperation is helping keep our campus safe and moving smoothly as we make way for our exciting gym construction project.
As we continue to settle into the new routines, here are a few important reminders to help things run safely and efficiently:
- Secondary morning drop-off should take place only at:
- the 6th Street Circle, or
- the crosswalk just past the large crash gate
- 🚫 There should be no drop-off at the gym or cafeteria loading dock.
- Sixth Street Parking is for Faculty and Staff only. Please do not park; proceed through the drop-off path.
- The south gate is EXIT ONLY.
- Secondary afternoon pick-up:
- Elementary circle is only available for secondary pick-up after 3:20 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- There is no afternoon pick-up at the gym.
- Students must exit campus only through designated gates. 🚫 Students should not climb fences to exit campus. Please note: Climbing fences will result in disciplinary action, as this is a significant safety concern.
- 🚫 There should be no pick-up at the cafeteria loading dock.
- Wednesdays (early dismissal):
- Middle school pick-up will occur only at the 6th Street Circle.
- The Elementary Circle will be reserved exclusively for elementary pick-up on Wednesdays.
