Good afternoon, Blue Wave. Today is Wednesday, December 17, 2025  Juniors!  Attention Juniors - make sure you stop by the library commons on your way to lunch on Thursday to get your hot chocolate for winning Deck the Halls!  Coin Wars Winner NJHS would like to announce the winner of the Coin Wars Fundraiser.  This fundraiser supports Family Promise of Gainesville and the grade level that donated the most coins to their jar was 8th grade!  They donated a total of $77.23!  Thank you to everyone who participated! Please look for Mrs. Merritt and some NJHS members at lunch tomorrow for a thank you treat for every 8th grader!  Happy Holidays from NJHS! High Tide Hey Blue Wave! High Tide is coming up and we are looking for student skits. If you and your friends are interested in performing a skit for high tide please check your Canvas email for the link from Mrs. Koppitch!  Khanmigo Attention Blue Wave! 🌊 PK Yonge is competing in the 4th Annual U.S. National Khanthalon! The latest results are in—while we’ve fallen off the leaderboard for SAT Math Sprinters, we are holding strong in 2nd place with Khanmigo. Great work! There’s still time to make a comeback. Students can continue to level up in math, reading and writing,SAT skills, and earn points by using Khan Academy and Khanmigo. Prizes are on the line, and the competition runs through January 16th.
