Today is Tuesday, March 25, 2025 Congrats Softball Congratulations to softball who were runners-up at the Andrew Jackson Spring Break Classic Tournament in Jacksonville, Fl.  Congrats Thespians Congratulations to the Thespians who competed at States over Spring Break. PK brought back 3 superiors and 3 excellents!  We are so proud of you!  Congrats Roaring Riptide We are thrilled to announce that Roaring Riptide has been awarded the Team Spirit Award at our recent FIRST Robotics International Competition event in Orlando, Florida! The Team Spirit Award celebrates teams that demonstrate extraordinary enthusiasm, unity, and dedication—both on and off the field. This award recognizes teams that energize the competition, support their community, and embody the core values of FIRST in everything they do. From our team chants and high-energy pit atmosphere to our dedication to outreach and mentorship, Roaring Riptide is proud to showcase what it truly means to be a FIRST team. This achievement reflects the passion and perseverance of our students, mentors, and supporters who make our team thrive! Congrats Brycelynn  In addition to the Team Spirit Award, 11th Grade Student, Brycelynn Rivera was named as one of the two Dean's List Finalists qualifying her for the FIRST World Championship in Houston, Texas in April. According to FIRST, Dean’s List Finalists are “great examples of student leaders who have led their teams and communities to increased awareness for FIRST and its mission, champion FIRST Core Values such as Inclusion, and embody Gracious Professionalism®. Dean’s List Award Winners reflect the diversity of the FIRST community. It is the goal of FIRST that these individuals will continue, post-award, as great leaders, student alumni, and advocates of FIRST.” We look forward to cheering on Brycelynn at Worlds!  Congrats Band Congratulations to the four Blue Wave band members who competed last week at Florida Bandmasters Association State Solo and Ensemble. All four received a SUPERIOR rating from the judges! Congratulations are in order for the following members of the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave Band:

• Kailani Clifford - Clarinet, 10th Grade
