Good afternoon, Blue Wave. Today is Tuesday, August 19, 2025 Powderpuff 9th-12th grade girls interested in playing in the Powderpuff flag football game? Please see Coach Barrett at the cafeteria during lunch to get paperwork. DECA Please join us for DECA. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. Meetings will be during lunch in BLUE 113. Open to 10-12 graders. First meeting this week on Friday, August 22.  UNICEF UNICEF will meet in the morning 7:45- 8:20 in BLUE- 113. Open to 8-12 grade. Join us this week on Friday, August 22. Hispanic Honor Society HISPANIC HONOR SOCIETY will meet on Wednesday August 20, and every Wednesday morning from 7:45-8:20 in BLUE 113. Open to 8-12 grade. Driver's Ed Hey students! Are you interested in taking driver’s ed? See the flyers in the front office for more info.  Clear Bag Policy for Athletics Hey Blue Wave! We have a new clear bag policy for ALL athletic events. Clear bags should be no bigger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. You will have to return any bags that aren’t clear to your vehicle before you can enter an athletic event. You can find the full policy on the website and make sure to tell your family and friends!   NEHS The National English Honor Society will be holding an interest meeting on Wednesday during lunch in Ms. Weber’s room, Blue 312. This meeting is for both new and returning members. Participants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, as well as a minimum GPA of 3.0 in their English courses.   Feminist Club The Feminist Club will be holding an interest meeting on Friday during lunch in first floor blue. This meeting is for both new and returning members.  Love for the Elders and Spread the Love Clubs If you are interested in spreading love and empathy for the elderly and children with special needs please join the Love for the Elders and Spread the Love clubs.  We will be hosting an orientation meeting next Tuesday, August 19th during high school lunch in Dr. Cordero’s room, PK 310 (third floor blue wing).  All 10th through 12th graders are welcome!  Hope to see you then!
