Good morning, Blue Wave. Today is Tuesday, April 8, 2025 Library Trivia Yesterday’s library trivia winner was Elliot Pancoast! Listen up for today’s library week trivia. We’ll take the 2nd person who responds in the google form in your canvas email with the correct answer. Which book series follows three orphans as they try to escape their evil uncle? Congrats to Elliott Pancoast for being Monday’s trivia winner Congrats MS All Stars Chorus ​​Congratulations to two PK 6th graders who were just accepted to perform as part of the Florida State Treble All Stars Chorus:

• Olivia Rinc 

They will be performing in Orlando on July 23rd Congrats Softball PK Yonge came out on top in a nail-biter against Bronson Eagles, with a walk off win 5-4. Mickinzi Anderson made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Jessica Bain, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Garrison, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2. This marks the first win against Bronson High School under Head Coach Daryl Mosley. Come watch your Blue Wave softball this Thursday night at 6:00pm versus Peniel Baptist Academy. P.K. Yonge's win bumped their record up to 8-10. BSU Attention BSU Members: SAVE THE DATE!  Our last meeting will be on Friday, May 16th.  We will have breakfast, announce next year’s officers, and present cords to our graduating seniors. A Night in Rio is calling—will you answer? Buy your tickets now from the QR codes posted around the school. Make sure you don’t have any attendance, behavior, or academic notices as tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are buying a guest ticket, you must buy it at the same time as your ticket. Prom Court It’s time to nominate your prom court! Look for the link in your canvas email starting today. Nominations close on April 14th. Seniors Seniors, your hard work has paid off, and now it’s time to celebrate! Just like athletes sign their letters of intent, we’re giving YOU the chance to officially “sign” to your college, university, military, or jobs in front of your friends, family, and PK faculty and staff. This is your moment to shine and showcase your next big step!
