Good luck today vs First Academy Leesburg. SGA Morning Show Good morning, everyone. There will be a brief Morning Show on the field in front of the cafeteria at 8:10 AM today. Come watch performances by the Cheer Team and the Band as they help us build excitement for the football game tonight, October 3rd, at 7:00 PM. This is a great way to show your school spirit and prepare for the big game! UNICEF All UNICEF members please come to our meeting this Friday from 7:45 until 8:15 DECA All DECA members please come tour meeting this Friday during lunch. Please bring your membership payment of $8.00 if you have not pay your dues. If you would like to join DECA please come during lunch Blue 113.  FCA Hey PK! Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet this Wednesday, October 8th, from 7:30 to 8:20 in the morning, before school in the cafeteria. Students AND staff are welcome to attend! Bring your friends and we hope to see you there! Galapagos Friendly reminder to prospective Galapagos travelers… This is the last week to secure your teacher recommendations and submit your application!  The google form closes this Sunday Oct 5th @ 11:59PM, and applications must be complete to be considered. Friday Football - Pink Out This Friday is our Pink Out football game! Wear pink, show your support, and help raise awareness for breast cancer. We hope to see you there! Sales close October 10th!  NJHS Reminder to all 7th grade members of the National Junior Honor Society: There is NO meeting this Thursday for NJHS as Mrs. Merritt will be off campus.  The next 7th grade NJHS meeting will be Thursday, Oct. 16th. HOSA HOSA membership closes Friday, October 3rd. Permission slips and fees must be paid and submitted by Friday, October 3rd. The first meeting will be held Wednesday October 8th in L-354 during high school lunch. Forms can be found in L-354.  Hispanic Heritage Month Join Spanish 1 in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with our project Influential Figures of the Spanish-Speaking World! Visit the poster displays on the 3rd floor blue hallway to discover legends and icons of Hispanic culture. SGA Town Hall Hey Blue Wave Student Government is hosting a town hall with Administration on Tuesday, October 7th. Please look in your canvas email for the form from Ms. Koppitch, where you can fill out your questions, comment, and concerns for both the administration and YOUR Student Government. This is a great opportunity for your voices to be heard! Both big and small! Seniors Cash for College Night Hey Seniors - The Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Cash for College Night  and will provide assistance for FASFA on October 9 from 5-7pm in the commons. Seniors who attend the event will receive a $25 gift card. See you then!  Attendance Count Days  Hey PK! From Friday, September 26 to Friday, October 10 is our Attendance Counts days. Student and teacher attendance during this two-week period directly impacts the amount of funding PK Yonge receives from the Florida Department of Education. Please make sure you are present each day — attendance matters for your learning and for our school community. Girls Soccer Attention, PK Girls Soccer players! We are doing Conditioning and pickup soccer on Wednesdays until October 8th. They will be held on the top field. Middle school will practice from 2:00-3:30pm, followed by varsity conditioning, practicing from 3:30-5pm. Bring your cleats and water!
