Words of Wisdom

I am hopeful each of you have a restful break and spent some time with those you love, reflecting on all the positive things in your life and the importance of being kind to others. You know, tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness but signs of strength. Because, when we have a strong sense of self-esteem and a strong character, it’s easy to be kind to others because we’ve learned to be kind to ourselves. One of Aesop’s Fables includes the words: ‘No act of kindness is ever wasted.’ So, today, show some strength and be kind to others and allow them to be kind to you. With something to think about, make it a great day – the choice is yours!
