Track and Field

Track Conditioning will begin today, Monday January 9th from 2:45-3:15pm in the weight room at PK Yonge.

Tuesday-Thursday conditioning will be from 3-4:15pm at cone park.

Please have an up to date FHSAA physical and parent consent form on file with Coach Barrett.
