Jerome Reed is the Academic Coach of Character Development at P.K. Yonge where his goals for the position are to continuously affirm human dignity, promote positive development for every student possible, and instill ethical values that enhance how students respect themselves–as well as those around them.

While pursuing his Master’s at Florida, Jerome spent the duration of his program as an academic advisor for the College of Journalism & Communications. He also served as a teaching assistant for the College’s “Writing for the Electronic Media” course. When Jerome is not on-campus at P.K., enjoying all levels of basketball, searching for new vinyl records or exploring a new cuisine, he serves as Co-Founder of a local service entitled “R.A.W.E. Recruits: Recruiting Athletes With Education”. The mission is to showcase our local student-athletes in a positive light based upon their performance in their sport, and in the classroom.
